Raised in New York, Barry found his love for music in high school musicals and Broadway. He took this passion and moved Los Angeles where he now resides.

When he is not writing and recording music, Barry trains his A-list clientele at his fitness studio, Barry's Bootcamp in West Hollywood. He can be seen on his popular fitness DVDs as well as numerous television appearances.
